Meet Gilen – Founder and Chief Happiness Officer
Born and raised in Manila, Gilen grew up surrounded by great cooks and family recipes. After moving to the U.S., she lovingly recreated those traditions for friends and neighbors.
What began as a home passion became Bao Pao Wow–a celebration of Filipino-style steamed buns, creativity, and hospitality–sharing the comforting, authentic flavors of home across Northern Utah.
